When I was younger, I enjoyed watching Frozen because of the music and I liked the fact that Elsa had ice powers. Now that im older and still watch Frozen and I like to focus more  on the characters and how they change throughout the movie.

In the beginning, the movie starts off with showing the main characters who are sisters as their younger selves. Princess Elsa was born with powers allowing her to manipulate ice and water at will. While her younger sister Anna was born an ordinary girl.

Elsa and Anna start off as best friends playing in the snow Elsa created. Elsa then accidentally struck Anna in the head leaving a white patch of hair and causing Anna to get her memory erased by trolls.

After that Elsa became distant and didn’t play with each other anymore. Their parents said they were going to the southern seas. Their ship ended up sinking and both parents died.

Their death caused Elsa to become distant since she didn’t know what to do with her powers without her parents by her side guiding her.

Years past and it came to the coronation day for Elsa to become queen. The doors open and allow outsiders in the castle. Into the night Anna try’s marrying a man she just met and Elsa forbids the marriage.

Anna grabs Elsa’s glove and Elsa accidentally uses her powers and the people get scared. Elsa runs away and makes an ice casket while she sings “Let it go”.

Anna goes and searches for her in the winter weather and she meets a guy named Kristoff with his reindeer Sven. They reach the mountain where Elsa now lived and Anna goes inside and Elsa pushes her away and Anna doesn’t go away.

Elsa ends up accidentally striking Anna again but this time it was in the heart. Kristoff takes Anna to the trolls and they tell her she needs a true loves kiss. Kristoff takes Anna back to the castle where the man she tried to marry waits for her.

He then tries to kill her snd let her freeze. A snowman named Olaf saves Anna. Anna goes out and sees the man trying to kill Elsa and Anna steps in front of the sword and freezes saving Elsa.

Anna unfreezes and Elsa feels guilty knowing her sister would’ve died because of her powers. Elsa makes the winter weather become summer again. Anna and Elsa are close again.
